ORDINANCE NO. 333
Series of 1979
TITLE: AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF THE BUILDING MAINTENANCE DIVISION,
INCLUDING STAFF AND ALL OPERATING APPROPRIATIONS AND EXPENDITURES, FROM
PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO:
Section 1. The Building Maintenance Division, staff, appropriations and expendi-
tures are hereby transferred from the Public Works Department to the Administrative
Services Department.
Section 2. The organizational chart of the City and the Annual Budget is hereby
amended to reflect this transfer of function.
Section 3. The funds and accounts transferred by this Ordinance are as follows:

Section 4. This Ordinance is adopted in accordance with Section 3.5 of the
Wheat Ridge City Charter.
Section 5. None of the above changes shall be construed to change the total
appropriation as filed with the Division of Local Government.
Section 6. This ordinance shall take effect July 1, 1979.
