TITLE: AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL OF ZONING TO AGRICULTURE-
ONE (A-1) FOR ALL OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OF INTERSTATE 70 WITHIN THE
CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, COUNTY OF JEFFERSON,
STATE OF COLORADO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO, THAT:
Section 1. Upon application of the City of Wheat Ridge, Case No. WZ-79-10, and
upon recommendation for approval from the Wheat Ridge Planning Commission and
pursuant to findings made based upon testimony and evidence presented at public
hearing before the Wheat Ridge City Council, Wheat Ridge Zoning Maps are hereby
amended to include within the Agriculture-One (A-1) Zone District the following
described land:
All of the right-of-way of Interstate 70, as of the date of the adoption
of this ordinance, within the corporate limits of the City of Wheat
Ridge, County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect 1 day after final publication.
