ORDINANCE NO. 356

TITLE: AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE 257 AND ESTABLISHING THE SALARY OF
THE CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO, FOR THE PERIOD
BEGINNING NOVEMBER 12, 1979.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO,
THAT:
Section 1. Ordinance 257 is hereby repealed and reenacted.
Section 2. The salary for the City Clerk of the City of Wheat Ridge beginning
November 12, 1979 shall be Fourteen Thousand Four Hundred ($14,400)
dollars per year, payable at the rate of One Thousand Two Hundred
(51,200)dollars per month.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect November 12, 1979.
INTRODUCED, READ, AND ADOPTED on first reading by a vote of 5 to 1
on this 20th day of August , 1979; ordered published in full in a
newspaper of general circulation in the City of Wheat Ridge, and Public
Hearing and consideration on final passage set for September 10, 1979,
at 7:30 O'clock p.m. at Council Chambers, 7500 West 29th Avenue,
Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
READ, ADOPTED, AND ORDERED PUBLISHED on second and final reading by a vote
of 5 to 0 , this 10th day of September , 1979.
