RESOLUTION NO. 1 - (Appropriations)
Series of 1969
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO:
That the Mayor of the City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado be,
and he hereby is, authorized and directed to draw anticipation
warrants on the City Treasurer pursuant to Sections 73-1-4 and
139-40-1 et seq. of the Colorado Revise~_S~atute~ of 1963, as amended,
payable to the order of any commercial bank or lending institution
accepting said warrants in an amount or amounts not to exceed
$15,000.00 in the aggregate, said warrants to bear interest at the
rate of not more than six percent (6%) per annum and the proceeds from
said warrants to be deposited to the account of the City of Wheat Ridge
in the said drawee bank or lending institution.
