WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge has not adopted any zoning
plan for the City.
WHEREAS, the Colorado Revised Statutes of 1963, as amended,
allow for the appointment of a Zoning Commission.
WHEREAS, it is necessary to have a Zoning Commission
appointed to adopt an original plan of zoning for the City of Wheat
Ridge.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that a three man Zoning
Commission be and is hereby established and that Mr. Howard Buchanan,
Dr. Donald Walker and Mr. Robert Eckhardt be appointed to said
Commission and be directed to proceed in their duties.
RESOLVED AND ADOPTED in a regular meeting of City Council
on the 30th day of September, A. D. 1969, by a vote of five (5) to
zero (0).
