A RESOLlfCION ADOPTING A BUDGET AND ESTABLISH-
ING A MILL LEVY .FOR THE PURPOSE OF DERIVING
TAX REVENUES TO THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE GENERAL
GOVERNMEllT FOR T,IE ENSUING YEAR Of 1970.
WHEREAS, Tlw City of Wheat Ridge budget for the fiscal year
1970 has been established and hearing held thereon; and
WHEREAS, the budget provides for expenditures for all
purposes in the amount of $865,476; and
WHEREAS, $286,453 of the total required shall be derived
from ad valorem taxes, and the balance shall be derived from other
sources.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that:
1. The City of Wheat Ridge budget for the fiscal period
beginning January 1, 1970, and ending December 31, 1970, be hereby
approved and adopted.
2. The levy for General Government be hereby established at
5.46 mills and assessed against all property within the City of Wheat
Ridge for taxes to be collected in 1970 for the valuation year 1969.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of October, A. D. 1969.
