RESOLUTION NO. //1 9
Series of 1969
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge has the duty of establishinq
a Board of Adjustment to perform duties assigned to the municipality
under the Colorado Revised Statutes 1963, as amended in Chapter 139,
Article 60;
WHEREAS, the ordinance of this City establishing said
committee will not be in effect for a period of time;
WHEREAS, the City requires a Board of Adjustment to act at
the present time until the Ordinance can take effect;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT a Board of Adjustment
be and is hereby appointed to function in this area and that the
terms of their office be in compliance with the terms of the applicable
Ordinance as said Ordinance has been passed on first reading by the
City Council and that the members of this Board be appointed by the
Mayor.
RESOLVED this 22nd day of November, A. D. 1969, by the City
Council by a vote of 5 to O.
