RESOLUTION NO. 34
Series of 1969
WHEREAS, the Wheat Ridge Building Code Advisory Board
has been created under Ordinance No. 10 to receive appeals from
decisions regarding the Building Code by the Building Inspection
Department and to grant Building Code waivers.
WHEREAS, there will initially be limited building
activity which won't justify a full-time building inspector.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT as initial duty the
Building Code Advisory Board review inspection requirements of the
City of Wheat Rid~8 to determine best method of handlinq the func-
tion initially anD to aid the Personnel Committee in the screeninn
of candidates for building inspector when volume of business (plus
other city assignments to include zoning inspection) justifies
hiring a full-time individual.
RESOLVED this 25th day of November, A. D. 1969, in
regular session of the City Council of the City of Wheat Ridge by
a vote of 5 to O.
