A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SIGNING
OF CHECKS AND NOTES.
The City Council of the City of Wheat Ridge, does
hereby certify that the following resolution was adopted at a
meeting of the City Council of said City, duly called and held
on
Tuesdav, Decsmber J, IJSJ
, at which said meeting
more than a quorum of said Council was present, that said re-
solution appears in the minutes of said meeting, and that the
same has never been amended, rescinded or revoked.
BE IT RESOLVED, That, JAMES O. MALONE, the duly
elected Treasurer of the City of Wheat Ridge is authorized, in
the name of this City to collect, endorse and assign all checks,
drafts, notes and other negotiable or non-negotiable instruments
payable to this City, or in which this City has an interest, and
to draw, sign and deliver, in the name of this City, checks or
drafts against the funds of this City on deposit in Wheat Ridge
National Bank, Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the authority of the afore-
said officer to perform each and all of the powers conferred by
the foregoing resolution shall continue until notice, in writing,
terminating such authority, shall be served upon Wheat Ridge Na-
tional Bank, Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
