RESOLUTION NO.9' 0 - (Appropriations)
Series of 1969
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEAT
RIDGE, COLORADO:
That the Treasurer of the City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado be,
and he hereby is, authorized and directed to draw anticipation warrants
on the City pursuant to Sections 73-1-4, as amended, redeemable at the
commercial bank or lending institution accepting said warrants in an

amount or amounts not to exceed $1'1',rllO!'Jl:1iril in the aggregate, said
warrants to bear no i~terest and the proceeds from said warrants to be
deposited to the account of the City of Wheat Ridge in the said drawee
bank or lending institution.
Done and resolved by the City Council of the City of Wheat
