WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge was incorporated in 1969.
WHEREAS, the City had no initial revenue and could only
estimate what it might receive by passage of revenue in producing
legislation required to secure funds.
WHEREAS, the calendar year is ending and those ordinances
that have been passec are now in effect and the revenue therefrom
is known.
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby established the fiscal
year for 1959 as from the date of incorporation to December 31, 1959.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT an official 1969
budget for the fiscal year 1969 be adopted and money appropriated,
as follows:
