RESOLUTION NO.~
Series 1970
WHEREAS, the Citizen Personnel Committee has recommended
dropping of Public Employees Retirement Association and substi-
tuting Social Security with a supplemental program for personnel
interested.
WHEREAS, the city has made no PERA payments and is not
definitely committed to this program.
WHERE.AS. no or'plit:ati on for membership in PERA has been
made by the city.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution NO.8.
Series of 1959 be rescinded and that Social Security payments
be made for all personnel.
RESOLVED AND ADOPTED this sixth (5th) day of January,
A.D., 1970, by a vote of four (4) to zero (D).
