RESOLUTION NO. 51
Series of 1970
WHEREAS, the funds available to the City of Wheat Ridge
will be Gurplemented by a credit from Jefferson County of one half
the County Roads and Bridge Fund raised in the City of Wheat Ridge.
WHEREAS, the expenditurE of the Wheat Ridge credit of one
half the County Roads and Bridge Fund credit requires approval of
the Board of County Commissioners, the appropriation having been
by the Board of County Commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that each expenditure
from the Wheat Ridge share of the County Roads and Bridge Fund
will be approved by the City Council prior to action by the County
for payment and this Council motion will be attached to each bill
submitted to the County for payment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT a copy of this Resolution
along with one prior motion relating to the County Road and Bridge
Fund expenditure be submitted to the County to become a part of
official County records.
