RESOLUTION NO. ~
Series of 1970
WHEREAS, the Treasurer of the City of Wheat Ridge has
requBsted the opening of a new banking account for the City at a
previously designated banking depository.
WHEREAS, the Municipal Court requires the use of this
account.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT anyone of the
following officers of this City be, and they are hereby 6uthorized,
in the name of this City, to collect, discount, negotiate, endorse
and assign all checks, drafts, notes and other negotiable or non-
negotiable instruments payable to this City, Qr in which this City
has an interest, and to draw, sign and deliver, in the name of this
City, checks or drafts against the funds of this City on deposit in
LAKESIDE NATIONAL BANK, Wheat Ridge, Colorado Bo033.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, THAT for the purpose of deposit
in the account or accounts of this City with LAKESIDE NATIONAL BANK,
Wheat Ridge, Colorado, any officer of this City may endorse, sign
or deliver on behalf of this City, any checks, orders or other
evidence of indebtedness for the payment of moneys payable to the
order of this City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, THAT this authority revokes and
supercedes all prior authority and the authority of the aforesaid
officers to perform each and all of the powers conferred by the

foregoing resolution shall continue until notice, in writin~,
terminating such authority, shall be served upon LAKESIDE NATIONAL
BANK, Wheat Ridge, Colorado, and shall be noted upon the certified
copy of such resolutions delivered to said Bank.
