RESOLUTION NO. c: c::
Series of 1970
WHEREAS, it is in the interest of the City to make
investments of City funds,
WHEREAS, the City Treasurer, in accordance with CRS
139-39-7 desires to make investments of all or any part of such
funds and moneys in bonds of the United States, or in farm loan
bonds issued in pursuance of the federal farm loan act, or in the
bonds of the home owners' loan corporation, or in the bonds of any
other corporation which is or may be created by the United States
as a governmental agency or instrumentality, or in such bonds as
are a direct general obligation of the state of Colorado, or bonds
of school districts not in default, or municipalities of the state
of Colorado not in default, county bonds or cou~ty warrants.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Treasurer
he authorized to make investments as stated herein.
