Series of 1970

WHEREAS, the City ot W~t Ridge has received certain
real property for use by the Cit.y in the construction of a new
road.
WHEREAS, the said propfl'Jlty is described in deeds given
to the City by John B. Cartwright and James Berry Craddock dba
Craddock Development Company dstad December 18, 1969 and February
20, 1970, respectively.

WHEREAS, certain real property was given to us by deeds
on the dates of December 18, 1969 and February 20, 1970, which
deeds have been duly recorded wi,th the County Clerk aIld Recorder,
County of Jefferson, State ofCdlQrado, and which may be found
in Book 2156, Page 184, and Book 2163, Page 738, respectively.
WHEREAS, the City or wheat Ridge intends to use t:'e
above described real property only for road purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT aESOLVED that the real property
located in the City of Wheat Rid~, County of Jefferson, State

of Colorado, and described in the deeds duly recorded with the
Clerk and Recorder in Book 2156,t'age 184, and Book 2163, Page 738
shall be used only for road Pl.l.,pp~,ses.
