HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution-1970-0086 RESOLUTION r~o. g~, Series of 1970 WHEREAS, The City of Wheat Ridge has in effect an annual Appropriation Ordinance, and WHEREAS, The City of Wheat Ridge being newly incorpor- ated had no accurate means of forecasting the financial needs of the various departments within the City, and WHEREAS, Needs have now arisen which require changes to be made within that Appropriation Ordinance, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the total appro- priation for the Expenditure Clearing Accounts Insurance and Bonds, be changed from $ 4,000.00 to $ 14,000.00 according to the schedule shown below, and that the necessary funds to meet this appropriation be transferred from the Unappropriated Surplus as stated in the Appropriation Ordinance. Acct. 503 from $4,000.00 to $14,000.00 Insurance and Bonds BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT: no changes mentioned above shall be construed to change the total appropriation as filed with the State Tax Commission. //G-;~4 day of ....~5Lv,7t,/V)..:-:5te DONE AND RESOLVED this A.
