RESOLUTION NO. ~9
Series of 1970
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge has funds invested
in Jefferson Savings & Loan, Majestic Savings & Loan, Silver
State Savings & Loan, and Western Federal Savings & Loan in the
maximum insured amounts,
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to return invested
funds in the form of interest earned to the City General Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the City
Treasurer be authorized to withdraw all interest earned on the
City of Wheat Ridge Savings Accounts as follows:
