WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge has invested
$100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Dollars) in a Certificate
of Deposit at the Wheat Ridge National Bank;
WHEREAS, it is deemed in the best interest of the
City to re-invest the aforesaid amount of $100,000.00 (One
Hundred Thousand Dollars) in another Certificate of Deposit;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT: The City Treasurer
be authorized to re-invest in a Certificate of Deposit at the
Wheat Ridge National Bank the sum of $100,000.00 (One Hundred
Thousand Dollars).
