RESOLUTION NO. C),'
Series of 1970
BE IT RESOLVED, that: Walter H. Johnson, Director of
Administrative Services of the City of Wheat Ridge, is authorized
in the name of the City of Wheat Ridge to collect, endorse and
assign all checks, drafts, notes and other negotiable or non-
negotiable instruments payable to this City, or in which this
City has an interest, and to draw, sign and deliver, in the name
of this City, checks or drafts against the funds of this City on
deposit in Wheat Ridge National Bank.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that: for the purpose of carry-
ing out this resolution that Walter H. Johnson mentioned
aforesaid be and he is appointed as Deputy Treasurer for the
City of Wheat Ridge.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that: the authority of the
aforesaid deputy treasurer to perform each and all of the powers
conferred by the foregoing Resolution shall be in effect frJm
November 15, 1970 to November 28, 1970, and notice of termination
of such authority shall be served in writing upon Wheat Ridge
National Bank, Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
