RESOLUTION NO. 104
Series of 1971
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to return invested
funds to the City General Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: The City
Treasurer be authorized to withdraw up to $20,000.00 (Twenty
Thousand Dollars) of invested funds from Columbia Savings and
Loan Association and return said funds to the City General
Fund.
DONE AND RESOLVED this 14th
