RESOLVED. that the hereinafter d~ignated oHicers. are: herc?y authorized to open a savings account
orgamzatlOn with
FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF DENVER
for this
and to make payments into and withdrawals from said account from time to time, and that said First Federal
Savings and Loan Association of Denver is hereby authorized to act without further inquiry in accordance with
writings bearing the signatures of anyone/two of such Q[fjcers unless and until it has been notified of any change
of officers and of further authorization for other individuals to so sign. together with a specimen of the signature
of each such individual.
