RESOLUTION NO. 122
Series of 1971
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary that Field Park,
within the City of Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson, State
of Colorado have an access road from Garrison Street at
approximately 4300 West, and
WHEREAS, an easement to the sewer line now located
under Garrison Street is needed to connect existing facili-
ties located on Field Park, to said sewer line, and
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge has available
funds for such improvements and acquisition of necessary
rights-of-way and easement, and
WHEREAS, acquisition of private lands will be
necessary to provide said right-of-way and easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Wheat Ridge:
That the Mayor of the City of Wheat Ridge, State
of Colorado, and the City Attorney are hereby authorized to
have appraised any property required to be acquired, negotiate
for the purchase thereof, and to appropriate by right of
eminent domain such property as cannot be otherwise obtained.
