RESOLUTION NO. 131
Series of 1971
WHEREAS, it is necessary to acquire real estate
located at 44th Avenue and Harlan Street for the completion
of Project T-7100 (27), and
WHEREAS, said acquisition may necessarily require
an action in eminent domain, and
WHEREAS, the necessary real estate required for said
project has been appraised by Frank Callahan, Real Estate
Appraiser, for the City of Wheat Ridge, and
WHEREAS, said appraisal was in the amount of
$11,400.00 (eleven thousand four hundred dollars),
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor of
the City Wheat Ridge and the City Attorney are hereby authorized
to deposit with the District Court of the County of Jefferson,
State of Colorado, the sum of $11,400.00 (eleven thousand and
four hundred dollars) as a deposit in said eminent domain pro-
ceedings. Said money shall be charged to Account No. 461.
