RESOLUTION NO.

WHEREAS, Robert Barr as Acting Planning Director
did an outstanding job while in this capacity from February
1 to June 1; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has ruled that Council
action as of June 8 is incomplete,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Mr. Barr be
awarded Step D, Grade 21, (Current Pay - $575.00) as
provided in Ordinance 54, Series of 1970, effective June 1,
and the motion of June B be rescinded.
