RESOLUTION NO. 155
Series of 1971
WHEREAS, Geraldine Birmingham proved herself a
dedicated Wheat Ridge citizen and made herself available to
serve the City through her particular talents.
WHEREAS, Mrs. Birmingham was nominated by the
Wheat Ridge City Council to serve on the City.s Board of
Adjustment and did accept.
WHEREAS, the City has been notified of the untimely
passing of Mrs. Birmingham on Monday, December 5, 1971.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that she be remembered
at this time by the City which she served without pay and her
family be offered this legislative memorial in her memory.
Mrs. Geraldine Birmingham passed this way and she served her
neighbors and her City well.
DONE AND RESOLVED by a vote of 5 to 0 at a regular
Council meeting held on the 14th day of December, A. D. 1971.
