RESOLUTION NO. 152
Series of 1971
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to return invested
funds to the City General Fund, and
WHEREAS, said invested funds are a Certificate of
Deposit held by the Wheat Ridge National Bank and maturing on
December 31, 1971;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: the City
Treasurer be authorized to return One Hundred Thousand Dollars
($100,000.00) of matured Certificate of Deposit funds to the
City General Fund.
