RESOLUTION NO. 166

WHEREAS, it is deBmed nBcBssary to return invested
funds to thB City General Fund,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT: thB City
Treasurer be authorized to withdraw up to $l5,OOo.00
(FifteBn Thousand and No/100 Dollars) of investBd funds from
Western Federal Savings and Loan Association and return said
funds to the City General Fund;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT: The City Treasurer be
authorized to withdraw up to $15,000.00 (Fifteen Thousand and
No/100 Dollars) of invBstBd funds from Majestic Savings and
Loan Association and return said funds to the City General
rund.
DONE AND RESOLVED this 13th day of
