Kurtz, President of the Independent Lumber Company, has most generously donated to the City of Wheat Ridge for its Parks, a parcel of land in excess of three acres, said land being located on the North side of Clear Creek at approxi- mately West 42nd Avenue; and WHEREAS, the above donation will greatly enhance the beautification program of the City of Wheat Ridge now and in the years to come; and WHEREAS, the grateful citizens of the City of Wheat Ridge will enjoy this endowment for many years; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Mr. James B. Kurtz, Presi- dent of the Independent Lumber Company, be publicly acclaimed for the above generous donation to the City of Wheat Ridge, as attested by the below signatures, inscribed herewith in considerable gratitude.
