WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to rBturn invested
funds to the City General Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the City
Treasurer be authorized to withdraw up to $l5,OOO.00
(FifteBn Thousand and No/IOO Dollars) of invested funds from
Western Federal Savings and Loan Association and rBturn said
funds to the City General Fund.
