RESOLUTION NO. 179
Series of 1972
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to return invested
funds to the City General Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the City
TreasurBr be authorized to withdraw up to $15,000.00
(Fifteen Thousand and No/100 Dollars) of invested funds from
Majestic Savings and Loan Association and return said
funds to the City General Fund.
DONE AND RESOLVED this 17th day of August
