WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to rBturn investBd
funds to the City GenBral Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the City
Treasurer be authorized to withdraw up to $15,000.00
(FifteBn Thousand and No/IOO Dollars) of invested funds from
Silver State Savings and Loan Association and return said
funds to the City General Fund.
DONE AND RESOLVED this 17th day of August
