HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution-1972-0181 RESOLUTION NO. 181 Series of 1972 WHEREAS, our increased number of City motor vehicles has increased vehicular maintBnancB requirBments; and WHEREAS, Departments have sufficiBnt needs and funds to support a sBcond Mechanic T position; and WHEREAS, the previously approved Shops Personal Service Account, 431.71, authorized one Mechanic I, and the requirements of the City are such that two Mechanic I positions are now required; and WHEREAS, sufficient funds Bxist in various departmental budgets to pay for the sBrvices of the second Mechanic I position; and WHEREAS, no additional money needs to be appropriated to support this position, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Two Mechanic I positions bB authorized under Account 431.71, Shops, Personal Services, and that a new full-time position be crBated according to thB employment RulBs and Regulations of this City. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT: No changB in appropriatBd funds bB made, and tha~ the remaindBr of provisions made in the Shops BudgBt continue unchanged.
