RESOLUTI ON NO. 183
Series of 1972
WHEREAS, the current Zoning Classifications of land in
many portions of the City of Wheat Ridge were established before
the incorporation of the City of Wheat Ridge, and
WHEREAS, in many cases the Zoning Classification of a par-
ticular portion of land is not in conformity with either the
current use or with the Land Use Plan of the City of Wheat Ridge.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Planning Department
and Planning Commission of the City of Wheat Ridge are hereby
directed to review all the land use and zoning in the City and
to present to the City Council a proposal for the correction of
the above lacks of conformity by February 1, 1973.
