RESOLUTION NO. 186
SeriBs of 1972
WHEREAS, it is deBmed necessary to return invested
funds to thB City General Fund, and
WHEREAS, said invested funds are a Certificate
of Deposit held by the Wheat Ridge National Bank and maturing
on October 20, 1972;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: The City
Treasurer be authorized to return One Hundred Thousand Dollars
($100,000.00) of matured Certificate of Deposit funds to
the City General Fund.
DONE AND RESOLVED this 19th day of October
