\','llrIZL\S, it I S determined necessary that real
property located at 44t]] Avenue and Clear Creek be acqulred
a~ a building site for the Municipal Complex of the City of
Wheat Ridge, Colorado, and
WfIEEEAS, the Ci ty of Wheat Ridge has funds
available for such acquisition, and
WHEREAS, acquisition of private lanel will be re-
quired.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved: That the :'[ayor
or the City of Wheat Ridge, and the City Attorney, are here-
by authori:ed to have appraised, any property required to
be acqulreJ, negotiate for the purchase thereof, and to
appropriate by rlght of eminent domain such property as
CJn not otherwise be obtained.
