RESOLUTION NO. 192
Series of 1972
WHEREAS, it IS necessary to acquire real estate
along Clear Creek, within the City of Wheat Ridge, for the
purpose of constructing a Green Belt Park System, along
the said Creek, and within said City, and
WHEREAS, said acquisition may necessarily require
an action in eminent domain, and
WHEREAS, the necessary real estate required for
said project has been appraised by Earl R. Baughar, M.A.I.
for the City of Wheat Ridge, and
WHEREAS, said appraisal was In the amount of Two
Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00).
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Mayor and
the City Attorney of the City of Wheat Ridge are hereby
authorized to deposit with the District Court of the County
of Jefferson, State of Colorado, the sum of Two Thousand
Dollars ($2,000.00) as a deposit in said eminent domain
proceedings. Said monies shall be charged to account number
452.l5.
