RESOLUTION NO. 194
Series of 1972
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to invest funds of the
City General Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the City Treasurer
be authorized to purchase a $100,000.00 (one hundred thousand
and no/100 dollars) Certificate of Deposit at Wheat Ridge
National Bank to bear interest at the rate of 5~% (five and
one quarter percent) per annum.
