RESOLUTION NO. 207
Series of 1972
WHEREAS, it is determined necessary that real
property located along Clear Creek within the City of
Wheat Ridge, more specifically that property currently
owned by G. Paul Talbert and Winifred S. Talbert, be
acquired for Green Belt Park purposes, and
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge has funds
available for such acquisition, and
WHEREAS, acquisition of private land will be
required.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor
of the City of Wheat Ridge, and the City Attorney, are hereby
authorized to have appraised, any property required to be
acquired, negotiate for the purchase thereof, and to appro-
priate by right of eminent domain such property as cannot
otherwise be obtained.
