RESOLUTION NO. 211
Series of 1973
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to reinvest funds
of the City General rund,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT: The City Treasurer
be authorized to purchase a $100,000.00 (one hundred thousand and
no/100 dollars) Certificate of Deposit at Wheat Ridge National
Bank to bear interest at the rate of 5% (Six percent) per annum
for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days.
DONE AND RESOLVED this 15th
