Series of 1973
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to reinvest funds
of the City General Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the City
Treasurer be authorized to purchase a $100,000.00 (one hundred
thousand and no/100 dollars) Certificate of Deposit at
Jefferson Bank & Trust to bear interest at the rate of 6 1/8%
(Six and one eighth percent) per annum for a period of ninety
(gO) days.
