RESOLUTION NO. 217
Series of 1973
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to reinvest funds
of the City General Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the City
Treasurer be authorized to purchase a $100,000.00 (one hundred
thousand and no/100 dollars) Certificate of Deposit at Wheat
Ridge National Bank to bear interest at the rate of 7 1/8%
Seven and One Eighth Percent per annum for a period of 180
one hundred and eighty days.
