RESOLUTION NO. 220
Series of 1973
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge will receive $l66,285 from
the Federal Government in 1973 as the result of the "State and Local
Fiscal Assistance Act of 1972", commonly referred to as the Revenue
Sharing Bill, and
WHEREAS, the receipt of this money could not reasonably have
been foreseen at the time of the adoption of the 1973 Budget by the
Ci ty, and
WHEREAS, an emergency now exists regarding the budgeting and
and appropriation of this money;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: a Revenue Sharing Trust
Fund be established and a budget be adopted for the receipt and ex-
penditure of these funds as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that: nothing in this resolution
shall be construed to change any General Fund Appropriation previously
enacted by this City Council, and a certified copy of this Resolution
be filed with the Division of Local Government and be published one
time in the Wheat Ridge Sentinel as required by law.
DONE AND RESOLVED this 29th day of March , A. D.
1973, by the City Council in Regular Session by a vote of 5 to 0 .
