RESOLUTION NO. 223
Series of 1973
WHEREAS, Robert Barr has served the City of Wheat
Ridge with distinction in various positions in the City Planning
Department;
WHEREAS, Mr. Barr is presently serving as Acting
Director of Planning and has served in this position at times
when the City has not had a Planning Director employed;
WHEREAS, Mr. Barr has for several years presented
planning and zoning matters to both the Planning Commission
and City Council of this City;
WHEREAS, during this time Mr. Barr has had the unusual
ability to always respond to the questions of the Board and
the Council with great clarity and competence.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this City Council
officially recognize the fine efforts of Mr. Barr and commend
him for his excellent service to the City Council and the City
of Wheat Ridge.
