WHEREAS, it i5 deemed nece55ary to hold fund5
in escrow in accordance with Ordinance No. 13l,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City
Treasurer be authorized to establish an Escrow Account
and be empowered to make deposits and draw funds in any
or all of the following banks:
Jefferson Bank and Tru5t
Lakeside National Bank
Wheat Ridge National Bank
