A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A BUDGET AND ESTABLISHING A MILL LEVY
FOR THE PURPOSE OF DERIVING TAX REVENUES TO THE CITY OF
WHEAT RIDGE GENERAL GOVERNMENT FOR THE ENSUING YEAR OF 1974.
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge budget for the
fiscal year 1974 has been established and hearing held
thereon, and
WHEREAS, the budget provides for expenditures in
all Funds for all purposes in the amount of $2,9l0,166.00,
and
WHEREAS, $352,931.00 of the total required shall
be derived from DC volor3m taxes, ond the bolance shall be
derived from other sources;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that:
1. The City of Wheat Ridge Budget for the fiscal
period beginning January 1, 1974 and ending December 3l, 1974
be hereby approved and adopted.
2. The levy for General Government be hereby
established at 4.8 mills and assessed against all property
within the City of Wheat Ridge for taxes to be collected in
1974 for the valuation year 1973.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of September
