RESOLUTION NO. 245
Series of 1973
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to reinvest funds
of the City General Fund and Revenue Sharing Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the City
Treasurer be authorized to purchase two $100,000.00 (one
hundred thousand and no/100 dollars) Certificates of Deposit
at
Jefferson Bank and Trust
to bear interest at the
rate of
ten percent (10%)
pe~ annum for a period of
NINETY-NINE (99) days.
