RESOLUTION NO. 250
Series of 1973
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to return invested
funds to the City General Fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the City
Treasurer be authorized to transfer $100,000.00 (One
Hundred Thousand and no/100 Dollar~ from a matured
Certificate of Deposit to the City General Fund.
