RESOLUTION NO. 260
Series of 1973
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wheat Ridge
desires to publicly commend those citizens residing in our
community who have served with distinction on the various
Boards and Committees of the City; and
WHEREAS, E. D. M~ttox, Jr. has served this City with
integrity and diligence as a member of the Wheat Ridge Board
of Adjustment; and
WHEREAS, E. D. Mattox, Jr. has served for three years
as a regular member of the Board of Adjustment, following his
service as an alternate member thereof, without receiving
compensation; and
WHEREAS, the.City Government could not function without
such dedicated service; and
WHEREAS, the term of office of Mr. Mattox has expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: This City Council
commend and publicly thank Mr. E. D. Mattox, Jr. for the fine
record of service that he has accomplished on behalf of the
citizens of our community.
DONE AND RESOLVED this 20th day of
