WHEREAS, Ray C. Pepe has served as Alderman repre-
senting Ward I. of the City of Wheat Ridge from its incorporation
until January 7, 1974; and
WHEREAS, Ray C. Pepe performed his duties with
dedication and sincere interest;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: This City Council
hereby commends Ray C. Pepe for his fine record of service.
